Tax Refunds - Ireland

If in past six years you worked in Ireland and paid income tax there, you can apply for the refund!

Required Documents
In order to apply for the Ireland income tax refund you will need the following documents:
- P-45 or P-60 forms;
- Passport copy.
Note: If you do not hold P-45 or P-60 form RT Tax will have to contact your employer and request a copy of P-45 or P-60.

What is P-45 and P-60 Form?
P-45 and P-60 are the statements from your employer about your income and taxes withheld. P-60 should be provided to you at the end of the fiscal year, which is 31st of December. P-45 form you should get from your each employer at the time of leaving the employment.

Refund period
Your income taxes are refunded in 90-120 days. The refund may take longer if forms P-45/P-60 have not been provided.

How money is refunded?
There are two ways to get the refund:
- By the bank transfer to the personal bank account;
- By the personal check

Service fee
Our service fee is 11 % from the refundable amount or minimum charge - 40 EURO.
