Tax Refunds - UK

If in past six years you worked in UK and paid income tax there, you can apply for the refund!

Required Documents
In order to apply for the UK income tax refund you will need the following documents:
- P-45/P-60 forms OR last pay slips from each employer;

If you are missing any of the documents you can still apply for the income tax refund. RT Tax will retrieve the missing documents for you.
Note: If you do not hold P-45/P-60 form, in some cases RT Tax can use last employer’s pay slip, but if the pay slip is rejected by the tax authorities, RT Tax will have to contact your employer and request a copy of P-45 or P-60.
